Vision - why / how / what
Why – I am convinced that you are much more than you think. Your power is beyond measure. I want all people to consciously assume responsibility for their life which will ultimately bring about change in all areas – work, family, community, society and nature.
How – I do this by providing world class emotionally touching seminars and simple, easy to use tools and processes. BurningChange is an approach that uses neuro-systemic coaching, embodiment and firewalking to expose teams and leaders to challenges outside their comfort zone. They liberate the power and trust in themselves to go beyond what they thought was achievable, to discover idle potentials and to master obstacles (fears, doubts, limiting beliefs) in their way.

As a team coach, I serve people by giving them the structure they need, where each individual feels valued, noticed, challenged and encouraged so that they can truly participate in an authentic way and excel.
I view team/project management as a collaboration of people who all want to get to the same goal, but have very different interests and views on exactly what that goal is and how best to get there. Therefore, I bring these people together to keep all the moving parts on track and make sure nothing gets lost.
I have great adaptability to new business environments and corporate cultures, coupled with the ability to take ownership of the team and project organization in its entirety.
